Small, Cabin Fever - $99 per night
This cozy, one room cabin is on the end with a queen log bed and an eating nook with beautiful views of the mountains and water. Please only two people. Very comfortable!

One Room Cabins - $109 per night
Enjoy one room cabins with French doors leading to a deck with views of the water and Continental Divide. The gas log fireplace warms the cabin and casts shadows on the beautiful queen log bed, with a twin trundle. Sleeps 2-3. Most Popular!

Two Room Large Cabins - $139 per night
Spread out in a two room cabin, even for just the two of you. Each with a deck with views, and a gas log fireplace in the main room. Both have a queen bed in the main room and a queen bunk in the bedroom (yep three queens!) Might Wanna Stay Longer!

Out on a Limb Cabin - $139 per night
Relax and soak in the outdoors in an end cabin with its own tree house and fenced area! A gas log fireplace in the main room will warm you while you relax, enjoy the views from the private deck, tree house, and the fenced area. The bedroom has a queen log bed with two futon couches in the main room that will sleep two to four additional people, if you really want to share.

Ye Ole Bait and Tackle Shop - $139 per night
This end cabin is popular for larger groups because of the additional half bath. Also, a good one to fish from while watching the football game! Futon couch in main room and a separate bedroom with a queen bunk. Sleeps up to 6 people. Try to figure out the moral of the story about the boat on the ceiling!

Garden Patch Cabin $139
Cute end cabin with an occasional moose visit. This one has a queen bed in the bedroom and futon couch in the main room.

"Little Log House" - $159 per night
A quaint, three bedroom, two story log house located next to the lodge, with a full kitchen. Dine while enjoying the warmth of the gas log fireplace. The private fenced yard has a charcoal barbeque and picnic table. Bedrooms up and down with enough room for up to 7 people. Two of the bedrooms have queen beds and the other has a full and a twin bed. Reserve this one Early!

Check In

Please check in between 3 pm and 9 pm.
Check out is before 10:00 am.
If you expect to arrive at a time other than normal check in, please contact us to make arrangements. We reserve the right to cancel your reservations for late arrival and your deposit will be nonrefundable.

Reservations
A deposit of 1/2, minimum one night, of the lodging amount is required to hold a cabin. The remaining balance, plus tax, is due at the time of your arrival. You are responsible for the entire amount for all dates you reserve, regardless, when you arrive or depart. If for any reason we are unable to provide lodging reserved, Mountain Lakes Lodge's liability is limited to amounts paid for such reservation.

Cancellations
Cancellations and shortened stays made at least 30 days in advance of your arrival date will be refunded, less a $30 cancellation fee, per cabin, per change. Cancellations made less than 30 days are nonrefundable.

Groups of three or more cabins are subject to a 60 day cancellation period.

Length of Stay
There is a two day minimum stay, unless an opening exists for a one day stay. There is a three day minimum for all holidays and special events, such as the Three Lakes Fishing Contests.
